Every military commander knows that only legal orders are to be obeyed. Even the enlisted men and women of our armed forces know this, as well as every single officer, of course.

I think you're right, but Trump's never been in the military. He says he can order the military to torture people and kill families ... he got elected saying he'd do illegal things.

Whether or not said illegal order becomes the basis of invoking the 25th amendment, I can't say.

I can say it should and that's what the amendment is for.

But at this point it's just speculation, and that's all you have right now.

Sure it's speculation but speculation based on his persona.
