David McClearly,

I guess it breaks down to a simple analysis:

1) Is there a market?
2) Can FTEL satisfy a worthwhile piece of that market?
3) How does FTEL compare with potential or actual competitors for that slice?
4) Can FTEL meet production demands?
5) Can FTEL market its product well? If no one knows about it, it won't go anywhere.

The question of what the price will be on 2 Feb has an added complexity to it: How will other stock-market players see things?

Long-termers on this board are committed to a resounding "Yes!" to the first 5 questions. In the long-term, as you say, the price of the stock will depend on its earnings, present and future, pure and simple.

Thanks for your submission. Bob.
