What makes you think they were in a bad bargaining position? You shouldn't listen to POS internet trolls that think they know everything but really are so full of crap that its coming out of their eyeballs. I wonder if SA is going to recommend his imaginary friends buy back shares now at they same price they sold only to have to pay taxes on capital gains they took earlier in the year. I suppose his imaginary friends should consider themselves lucky that they were bailed out by a bullshit analyst call a few weeks ago that caused the stock to drop to artificially low levels while this deal worked itself out. Bless Katy Huberty's heart for doing that favor.
