Tim Kaine or Joe Biden are not capable of beating Trump/Pence. You need to give people a choice and explain to them simply what the choices are. Then they can vote what they perceive as best for them. Hillary did not offer a real choice. This is why many stayed at home and didn't vote. Progressives already know that the Republican Party primarily represents the financial interests of the top 1% of this country. What needs to be done is to educate the blue collar voters in MI, WI, and PA so Trump does not win again. Kaine or Biden can't do the job because their allegiance is to Wall Street not Main Street. Sanders (or someone with a similar oulook) can bring back that vote. Failure to realize this will produce an even more devastating defeat in 2020.
