Okey,Bruce. Biosafe is a landfill remodeling company that extends landfill's life with from 50-80%. To this they have a proprietary technology. Because of the shortage of landfill space, this is a huge market. Also this makes the tipping fees very high (especially in New England where Biosafe concentrates it's efforts).

The Company has been hurt badly of their former President that was more of a visioner than a operator. He had A LOT of projects all at the same time. And the cash just flowed right out. This has made the stock price just plunge from 8 to 1 1/2.

Now there is new management focusing only on the landfill remodeling. They've already got one landfill permit, and is about to get another permit on Monday or Tuesday. This is a major break-trough that should put the Company in a positive cash-flow position. With more projects in the pipeline, this Company could very well make between 0,5 and 0,75 USD per share in 1998. This should make the Company trade at 10 USD in 1 year. But short term we could see a major runup in the shareprice on this permit

Hope that's a help. (I can see that volume is picking up slightly, so there maybe others that have found out the same as me, but the stock hasn't started to move yet at all, so good luck). Also if you're following this stock for a long term, just send me a notice.
