I was too lazy in my first response to go get my notes. Now I did. More precisely, Ejabat said at the break-out that "we have MAXTNT deployments at Deutsche Telekom, France Telecom and Segitel." Ejabat was asked if all of these occurred during 4Q. He responded that some had occurred before 4Q97.

See also the post just before this from Hitesh Puri, which has better information, particularly on 56K deployments (about which Ejabat was not asked).
