Since you are unwilling to cut benefits, the only other solution is to cut immigration, but that's only going to accelerate the ratio of beneficiaries to workers.
Opening up competition for medical and prescription drugs.
Sure, but that's a panacea to a lot of problems with health care costs in general.
There are a lot of proposals that have been floating around to restructure entitlements without cutting SS payments.
I think there is a huge fundamental imbalance that the proposals all fail to address. The only ones who are willing to call it out are those who don't have any political risks to suffer.
