i don't think that wdc was in a bad bargaining position....i'm not the one that said that.... if toshiba thought that they were in a great position, they wouldn't have negotiated with wdc... toshiba had to think that wdc 's claim had merits. don't pick on sa, he means well....in our private messages he comes across as a good guy wanting to give advice....people don't have to take it.....
