I am sure this is being negotiated. A 35 inch HDTV with embedded Windows CE is a better deal than a set top box and a separate TV. The high end WebTV retails for two hundred and change, so if the technology was licensed in bulk sans the packaging and metal box, you could include it in a TV for under a hundred dollars. MSFT should subsidize it and embed permanent links to thier transaction and information orientated sites into the OS. MSTV, the ilk will then make NOISE!
