I agree about the appeal process and reverse splits.
However, if you have to appeal, the "cloud" will not help.
Reverse splits often go lower in time..a good shorting situation.
I would not want to hold any issue that is on appeal with the SEC.
How many new shareholders do you think would buy into that situation, and
infact, current shareholders may just sell to avoid the problem.
No matter how you look at it, the situation isn't positive.

I am not saying IRSN doesn't qualify, just that it is better to check
than be sorry.
