Gary, I would think the company has their protective measures
just as do the stockholders. This would be to prevent an influx
of shareholders individually demanding to do this and continually
interrupting the daily schedule of operations. This would
probably fall under the same 10% of shares ruling as with
calling a meeting. This probably could also be overridden
if illegal methods could be proven. But they would have to
be proven. I believe the company is bound to inform the
shareholders of certain things as they occur, but I'm not sure.
And we probably wouldn't be allowed to view the books ourselves
but would have to have an auditing firm or maybe C.P.A. do this.
This is the purpose of the quarterly and annual reports which
we haven't gotten.
I sure use a lot of probably's as this is just my opinion.
Something for thought, though.
