Dear taxi, I read you comments and they seemed far, far from insane.
But more mirrored they way I used to feel exactly. The human mind is actually quite identical until a certain point in time and then one by one people get led off into strange, or at times horrible, side roads.
Then that person and I usually part company out of necessity.
The rest get back to God, where they belong. But you will try and try and try and try and you will find there is no other way but through Jesus Christ. It is a fact, and all of the sorrow in the world could be erased tomorrow if this could just be understood.
As for your comments on l900--and in the past even worse!-- religious activities and behaviors among those who make their living on Jesus Christ, I agree with you. The only solution is for God to rampage as a madman, striking people dead, and of course He can't.
Shalom is much more forgiving in all areas. I can forgive, but when I see that person back in "business", well, it is difficult for me. That's best left there. There are many, many good and dear and gentle shepards who try so hard to support their families, tithe to other worthy organizations, and take what little they have left over to pour back into their own little church. I know such a man personally.

And there are others, lots of them. So, I weigh the gold against the wood hay and stubble, and once it is burned up by the Lord, and I see the wood, hay and stubble still there and active, I go into blank disbelief.
Please don't let that ever take your eyes off the words of Jesus CHrist. If you have a Bible, I'm sure you do, and you ever pick it up, just spend time in the Gospel of John, from 10 to 17. Mainly 10 and mainly 14 through 17. It is yellow brick road. As in golden bricks. |
