'Free market without bankruptices is like religion without hell'.
Says some economist at American Enterprise Institute in Washington.

Dulane: There are many others with opposing views in the same line of thinking as Mr.Sachs,as you said. One of them is (i forgot the name)
an economist from the American Enterprise Institute Washington. He is of the opinion that IMF should stay away from trouble economies and let the countries find their own solutions,that is to say let the free market takes its own course,that include bankruptcies of ineffcient institutions.After all you can not have a free market without bankruptcies and for IMF to step in and try to rescue these countries aka these creditors is not a solution but rather a quick-fix without addressing the fundamental problems of an economy.
