Josef, Louis Rukeyser also mentioned in his monthly newsletter, that techstocks although were down and being attacked, were in no way going under. His remarks that "Did you ever hear of a country to just quit development, ever" His insight was to sit tight and not to be frightened nor sell. He does think it will show worse before better and if you could to buy more at the low. Not his exact words however the gist is the same.
