Considering that this tax cut bill was completely partisan in nature without the support of the overwhelming majority of Americans and not one single Democrat, I think it is fair to say that this tax cut will be blamed for everything under the sun moving forward, most of which will be fair.

And what you consider to be a future move toward socialism, I consider to be a matter of decency. Single payer universal healthcare is the least a government can do for all its citizens. That day is coming and I will embrace it with open arms when it arrives. It will be paid for by dramatically reducing the defense budget and completely reversing the hand outs to corporate America (and the top 1%) and then some. I know how much feeling Mr. Trump has for the Fortune 500 and the mega rich. And I also know how much he hates the people who live in blue states in the Northeast and Far West. The details of the tax cut bill don't lie.

The prime beneficiaries of this tax cut bill are corporations, the top 1% and shareholders. Mind you, I'm posting on a forum that overwhelmingly supports this tax cut bill because most here only care about how it impacts their bottom line. I'd refer to that attitude as typical, self-centered, common garbage.

You have every right to "fear" the backlash that's coming after the Trump Presidency is finished. I sense a bit of guilt in your support deep down too. Shame on you.
