My understanding Pugs, is that other marketmakers can piggyback on Sharpe's 15-c, but they'd have to wait 30 days to make a market. If other MM's want to come into this issue right away, they'd probably have to file their own 15-C.

If, in the process of filing that 15-c, there is new financial information provided to the NASD, how is the company going to get that same information out to all of you, prior to trading? It would appear, if there has been new material disclosures made to Sharpe, that it should also be made available to the investing public as well.
