Hi Stock Bull, Couldn't ans. you last night as SI was down. First of all, I agree that IOM's earnings will be great, however, how much of an impact it will have on the stock price in this nervous, volatile market is hard to judge. There is alot of bearish sentiment out there which I think is partly justified ; namely the Asian crisis, the fact that P/E ratios of stocks are too lofty,(analysts estimated profits for '98 are too high and are going to be adjusted downwards.) Having said that, I still maintain that IOM is a great co. and longterm will evolve as a winner. Remember the Mexican crisis a few years ago, with help from the US that got resolved and similarly the S&L fiasco, that too got resolved. My point is that the SE Asian counties will eventually bite the bullet and reform their banking system in order to survive, and the US economy which may slow a bit the first half of '98 will pick up in the 2nd half. As far as Imatron goes it's a one trick pony competing in a field with lots of other CT scan co.'s. Good luck with this investment. SR
