This has gone on long enough that it's worthwhile speculating about mechanism..... a. retail shorts.... odds, imo.... zero. b. major shareholder got wind of bad news and is bailing..... 40%. c. management is conspiring with a new or old major shareholder, and this is shorting before that shelf is actually drawn down, part to be used for covering.... cash would be used for another fluorinov, manipulator(s) uses new shares to cover and keeps the warrants..... 60%. Other ideas or thoughts re. one of these three?? One thing is now certain.... Stiernholm and Jahns are enemies of their own common shareholders.
