Hi Barbara,

An outside reversal week occurs when:

1) the week's high exceeds the previous week's high,

2) the week's low exceeds the previous week's low, and

3) the close for the week is below the intraday low of the previous week.

All three conditions MUST be met. Look at the DOW and you will see it. Please let me know if you still don't see it. In fact, it's every you look. This past week's pattern will be in future texts of market timing and technical analysis.
