Maybe. When you see a company managed this poorly, you begin to ask "why"? Then you see preferred shares, and ask "why"? Then you see units and warrants, and ask "why"? Then, at the next quarterly, you find quiet notice that the shelf has been drawn upon with warrants issued. It's like the insurance commercial, Europe and "The Final Countdown".... it's what Canadian biotechs do.
