Trump Tells 'Fake News Hate Shows' to Study Formula Fox & Friends Uses for Success

SAM DORMAN | DEC 21, 2017 | 7:50 AM

On Thursday, President Donald Trump praised “Fox & Friends,” telling “the many Fake News Hate Shows” they should mimic Fox News for success:

Was @foxandfriends just named the most influential show in news? You deserve it - three great people! The many Fake News Hate Shows should study your formula for success!

— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) December 21, 2017

“You deserve it — three great people,” he wrote, likely referring to the show's three hosts: Ainsley Earhardt, Steve Doocy, and Brian Kilmeade.

His tweet came after Mediaite named those three as the most influential people in media due to Trump regularly viewing and tweeting about the show.

While appearing on “Fox & Friends” on Thursday, senior White House adviser Kellyanne Conway praised the three morning hosts and highlighted how their show helped to spread the White House's message.

“I think influence and impact are important because we’re just trying to get our message out here and we appreciate the platform," Conway said.
