RE: Second private placement: 10 mil at $1.00 This pp has been available since August, and has been posted on FTEL website since at least Labor Day when I first read about it. If you don't qualify as a "aualified investor" , I think you can answer questions 4-5 correctly and earn $100,000 and not have the $500,000 net worth restriction. I called Helen about this and she sent the agreement to me. She also told me that if there was an IPO in FNET, that 2 year restriction might be waived, they would register the shares, and you could sell them before the 2 years was up. I would have someone else verify this with Frank or Helen however.
