Ed - I concur. I think the following paragraph from the article you cited is particularly telling:

""I would be willing to make money-back guarantees that if the House votes to eliminate it, the Senate will not go along with it, as they have proved in the past," said House Speaker Pro Tem Terry Haskins, R-Greenville. Haskins is co-sponsor of a bill to outlaw the industry."

That comment from a "co-sponsor of a bill to outlaw the industry."
