<Everybody remembers the hilarious exchange where the libertarian-leaning candidate, (now) retired Ron Paul of Texas stood telling Rick Perry that he did not know which agency Perry wanted to get rid of during a brain freeze that happened on the G.O.P. debate stage. More than simply being funny, it worked to highlight how many of these agencies are really not needed. Some are causing more harm than good, actually.>
