COMMENT: It stands to reason that additional chipsets were trialed and certified at a later time. ZTE has been a longtime network partner to KPN and has a NB-IoT chip with plans for LTE-M. Also, EU has a goal of 20% marketshare in global IC production, thus an EU - designed IC is likely included in trials by default, if not also under law.
