Bruce,HVSF, new and improved version ( couldn't resist ): HVSF ElPresidente Waite battling Fallen-out-of-favor-Ex-CEO-Guard-the-checkbook-Walker and hustlin in new Treasurer " Barbie " Krilich-500000 shares-$120000salary, to now guard and protect HVSF checkbook
under the allegedly unwatchfull, unknowing eyes of HVSF Board.
Scrimmage and the passing of the checkbook from Honest-Walker to Barbie may have occured in the caffeteria, since the Board wasn't
present ( ergo, it must have been out of the boardroom ).Nobody knows who might have witnessed this in the caffeteria at that time.Specifically we don't know if Dr-pad-my-bicycle-seat-trash-MUSE-Goldstein was sippinf Starbucks at that time.Rumors that Barbie grabbed the checkbook ( " give it to me " )are just that rumors and at present should be considerd so, till further proof.As Waite was walking out reporters rushed him for furhter info and as the Edgar filling shows, he clearly stated that he did not know why the price of the stock was fallin' or that there were ant irate sharehoders after him with lawsuits. All this of course needs to be further confirmed and thus no credence should be placed on any of this other than what is contained in the Edgar HVSF co filling.
