This is my friend Allan Liu
facebook.com

Tall Slim. Intelligent. Well educated. Very articulated. Once Huawei discovered he was going to marry an Angolan lady they told him:

We had a future for you as our Marketing and sales guy and you are throwing this away. Do you won think amigo. It is your life and not Huawei's. You are not a model. You are a businessman.

He left. Marry the lady. Is very happy and own his company and is prosperous. Currently spending his money in NYC for the festive season.

My other friend was Bai. From ZTE, We drove long time together and he told his story. Graduate from top university. He would send his CV and got a call for interview same day.

He went to several interviews. Always dropped. Parents got upset. and he as a young man felt bad that after so much effort he could not get a proper job. Only shitty offers.

He asked why: The answer was: You are too short. Wear glasses and an introvert.
Thus only good for shitty jobs.

I have got this job there in Angola. Have to stay 2 years to complete assignment to get the same money that my graduate colleague gets having a normal life in China. And this here is short term.
Time will come I will have to return to China and then get shitty job.

Alex Sundabao.

Currently doing post graduate in business at ESSEC Paris. I met him at the road side in Angola 8 years ago. Through hardwork he climbed Huawei's ladder until he saw that only the firends of the bosses got the good jobs.

He got the money for sure, but he wanted to improve and move up the ladder. He was blocked.
Got disenchanted. I told to kick Huawei ass and move on. He got his savings and is now studying and already under the wing of a Lenovo VP.

He Whatsapped me calling me his mentor. I said: All is your own efforts and brains.
