Ostensibly this was tweeted by Michael's brother but it's a message from Michael to Donnie (Pardon me, dammit!):



No way will Flynn be pardoned. Flynn would still have to testify and wouldn't be able to invoke the Fifth Amendment. And would still be subject to perjury charges if he lied.
