One does not need to be social scientist to see the connection between morality and education . It is as plain as day. For all of human history until just a couple of hundred years ago the world's religions were the supposed moral authority and ruled the world and especially the west. And what did we have?

No democracy, just monarchy's, dictators and tribal chiefs, who ruled with an iron fist and was anti intellectual; slavery, caste systems, categorical misogyny and no modern rule of law. And few social systems for the people. The Catholic church still operates openly with misogyny and gender inequality.

All of that is highly immoral.

As the world became educated all of the above have been"OUTLAWED", at least in the west. But the women still did not get the right to vote in this country until less than a hundred years ago and segregation ended only 50 years ago.

>> Morality is a product of education.

As a "social scientist", what proof would you offer that this statement is true?
