He has other comments upthread there, is well informed ... the 'it' he's speaking of is the mining ticket for Romero, when it comes in the stock rocks, imho ... the DR will, at the end of the day, want a viable thriving modern mining industry, so some of the ridiculous proposals in re the new mining law, that the shareprice has sort of retreated on, will never be put into effect ... imho ... this is not Chavezstan or Ecuador, it's the DR, much more sensible
