It's a shame, since one of my all time favorite dishes was once Tuna Tataki... and it was all about the sauce... oh boy, what a savory dish But then, the large tuna that travel to greater depths of the oceans, are likely to have higher mercury pollution scratch that one of the list... ba bye Salmon!... love it... especially smoked... now salmon is on the not to do list... especially if it's not wild caught more and more I am scratching off meats in favor of veggies, beans, nuts, etc... but I will still do my occasional guilty pleasure of meat, especially if it is not a factory farm meat product, that is basically criminal/immoral imo
