Kugler, You have lied about Zapara being named in the suit. I asked you directly the other day if he was named, and he isn't!, it included the old TA, Scott Meyer, Riley and other parties...but Zapara was never mentioned, ON TOP OF THAT, the old TA was NEVER CHARGED!!! Why? And why did you tell us Zapara was named in the lawsuit? And , in case you're going to say that ZApara was served seperately, THERE IS NO SUIT AGAINST ZAPARA ON RECORD! Also, why would Mork still be friends and continue to socialize with Zapara ( ALLEGEDLY ), Polo partners ( ALLEGEDLY )???? You failed to answer one of the most crucial questions regarding Mork, and his alleged short position honestly, you have lost ALL credibility as far as I'm concerned, and Principal must be made aware of the abuse you are causing to this investment.
