Answer: I cannot claim any responsibility for the SEC's decision to halt trading of this
stock. They make their own decisions, based on the facts and the law. And I have
complied with all requests for information from the SEC and other regulatory agencies.

Read it again and answer it this time. Did you file complaints, email them, phone them in or fax them.
Yes's or no's would be good.
His question asked you nothing about SEC or other req. agencies actions.
Answer it this time and don't dodge it!
