It is a diet extreme that leads to a condition. I saw Nigerians who eat lots of carbohydrates developing a type of diabetes because they have turned carbs into sugar for their whole life.

By the same token, African develop a type of anemia due to low red meat diet and not eating enough fruits and vegetables that provide Vitamin B12 and vitamin C. The fruits and vegetables they eat have these vitamins that are not easily absorbed by the body. (Cuban doctor explained these last paragraph to me.

Obviously your metabolism is develop for a certain type of diet, when you are transplanted to another country you develop a condition. Look to Puerto Ricans used to their diet and when get a US diet they balloon into obesity.

I talked with Experiment and she said: Who told Big Macs cause obesity. I gorge Big Macs and do not exactly feel they are filling. Same to me I replied: When I returned from Nigeria back in the early 90s, I dropped my low weight as I was eating at MacDonalds.
