True. If a man has been on a certain life style for 20 years, say from 20 to 40 years old, it will be next to impossible to change life style as the man has the body and mind of that life style.

You can imagine what effort it will take to change that. Normal men only change under the threat that his health will deteriorate and he will die. Of course with the new generation of men, are more educated and able to control habits like alcohol and tobacco consumption sedentarism and poor diet.

Luckily for me my life 20 to 40, did not include sedentariasm but lots of physical and mental activities. High alcohol consumption and moderate smoking. Used to smoke 5 years stop 5. restart smoking for 2 years stop. Then stop for good.

All those health issues don't take much of my thinking time. I do things as normal part of the life.
