John...I can't help with regards to your first 4 questions, but I would also be interested if someone has or knows about this information. However, with reference to #5, QLTIF is going back to the FDA's ODAC hearing in March (18th or 19th I think) to re-present their data on photofrin for late stage cancer. Further clinical trials were not requested by the FDA in September '97. I think if the company re-presents in March then all of their ducks should be in order. I don't think they would want to go back again and not get a positive response. From what I have read, the early stage approval is considered more important anyway (larger market I think) than late stage stage (palliative) treatments. Hopefully this helps...and let's look forward to news from the AMD trials late this year.

Regards,
Joe Stephenson
