sound as ever

fractal -scale-up / -scale-down often allows folks to tell real vs slogans

applies to many aspects of much debates

in this day and age, sloganeering does not work nearly as well as during the days when one could arbitrage information / time-of-information

we are fortunate

that which does not wash does not go away just because sloganeering says it ought to go away

and so controversies continues w/ frequency and amplitude determined in part by veracity and in part by sloganeering

let the truth sort itself out
