We have been selling AOL and YHOO short for about a month now and it looks as if it going to start working for us now! AOL and YHOO are our biggest short ever and we are ready to sell more if they go up and make new highs! Why do you like AOL as a short! We like it because we think it's way over priced and the TA is really looking good on it now with a possible double top! Was a story in the Wall Street Journal the other day where an individual was saying that he thought AOL could be a take over at a price of $125 a share! If one figures their customer base of 10 to 12 million and then figure their market cap at $125 that would be paying right at a $1000 for each of their subscribers! As I see it that's about all they have to sell and if you ask me that is so crazy it's stupid if one was to pay that kind of money! I would think $100 would be high per subscriber so if you divide $1000 by 10 then I could see AOL trading for about $12.5! Give them the benefit of the doubt and say $200 per subscriber and one gets $25 per share! Anyway I add it looks very overly priced to me!
