Cathleen - from "The Front Lines", page B1 of today's Wall St. Journal: "The Year 2000 Panic Hits: <snip> by Thomas Petzinger, Jr. To the best of my knowledge, Tom Petzinger has been the only WSJ writer to have the curiosity & forsight to recognize what Y2K potentially means. I'm not sure if the fact that his initial Y2K coverage (and introduction to the topic) was in the 8/25/95 'Front Lines' piece he did on me has anything to with my positive attitude of his coverage. <g> The piece he did on me then led to the Bob Bemer piece (Bemer saw my piece & contacted Tom) a year later. Anyone in the mood for harassing senior WSJ editors for supressing Y2K coverage to the B section, please feel free to get out your flame throwers! <g> - David
