GZ, thanks so much for starting this thread:) I'd started looking at it last week but then I fell sick lol!

I literally spent the last 4 days in bed and have never been so sick with flu before. My salvation against the aches and chills was the Magic Bag (cloth bag filled with whatever it is). In the past, my daughter had whipped up a home-made version by filling a cloth bag with couple of cups of uncooked rice. It has a nice comforting scent once microwaved but I guess you can toss in some dried lavender and jazz it up that way as well.
