I don't weigh myself every day, maybe once a week, if that, but I do get a good idea of my progress by how I feel, how I look, and how my clothing fits...
Beginning tomorrow morning, I will begin a plant based dietary program, that is primarily plant based... this means I'll also have some fish, beef, chicken, or whatever animal protein but very little, mostly plants...
By plants I mean all organic fruits and mostly raw uncooked vegetables will be my primary food source, although I will not have corn or carrots since both are high in carbs and sugar respectively... along with a very small side dish of animal protein...
My salads will have no dressing, just plain and simple...
