Michael, If the shoe were on the other foot then maybe you could understand! Then again maybe NOT! Is it FAIR to the shareholders of this company that a known licensed stock broker is allowed to BASH a company and it's shareholders on the internet? NOT AT ALL!! Is it ETHICAL for a known licensed stock broker to BASH a stock and it's shareholders on the internet? NO!! Is it IRRESPONSIBLE for a company to have knowledge of and allow a known licensed stock broker to BASH a stock and it's shareholders on the internet? YES!! How do you prevent this? The NASD suggested notifying his employer. If that doesn't work what do you do? Legal action is an alternative. Are there other alternatives? Could be. Pugs is doing what he feels is necessary to not only protect his investment but to also protect others. Maybe in doing so it will pave the way to prevent this from ever happening again to another group of investors like us. Mike RMIL Shareholder
