Ron: I have no control over what Pugs, or anyone else does. I thought the idea was a funny one at first, but I don't want to see someone hurt needlessly. I doubt if MIke is liable for anything, especially to a current share holder. I don't know what it means to a person that sold, if there is a squeeze, and the stock goes to 100. I am not an attorney, and basically anyone who discusses "the law" here, is probably wrong. (unless they are attornies). Usually what a person thinks SHOULD be the case is often 180 degrees from what really IS the case. It really isn't my call, though. I will just add, as I posted earlier, that the taking of a lawsuit may throw a cold blanket on all who post. As far as Riley is concerned, he is in litigation, now, I believe. No one has the right to tell him what he should or shouldn't do. Unless of course, they want to pay his legal bills. Why would anyone expect Riley ...NOT to take legal action? Action is being taken against HIM. This really is a matter that I don't want to pursue any more, so please everyone, leave me out of it. al |
