Thanks, GZ:) My goodness, yesterday afternoon, I barely had the energy to do more than drag myself out of bed to watch my 14-yr-old daughter make some bone broth as both her older siblings are also fighting the flu. I'll try some later on. I haven't really eaten much more than a bird in about a week now.

Yeah, we did get the flu shots this year, but I guess this strain wasn't in the concoction lol!
