Dan, Good to see another member of the ward over here. Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner but we had a 13" blizzard up here and the phone lines to my ISP went down. Dan, I'm not sure about Wendy's. I'll have to check on that. I have always believed that APTD had a lot of potential. It just didn't move fast enough for me. In fact, as you know, it has been depressed for the last 6-8 mos. In my opinion the price of this stock is extremely attractive at this point and I believe that the 1st 6 mos. of '98 will be critical to its' long term success. So I decided to jump back in and hold for awhile to see what happens. This price was just to attractive to pass up. Regards, HG
