I fully agree with your diet method, there are many ways to rid ourselves of the unwanted weight, just that I'm being severe and will see how I do, that is if I can stick with this, I plan to go about 5 or 6 weeks and hopefully drop 20 to 25 pounds in that time this way, but we'll see... I do know this is the fastest way to lose weight without injuring one's self, I lost 80 pounds this way previously, I just want to drop the last 25 or 30 pounds...
Normally, I would eat lots of fat and especially using lots of butter in my cooking, especially eggs for breakfast with bacon, no breads since they're high in carbs and bread turns to sugar in the mouth...
The important thing about any fat or butter is to be sure it's organic, otherwise the other crap they add to it will only interfere with any weight loss progress...
Potatoes are getting a bad rap... if you cook them and then put them into the fridge overnight, you can eat them cold the next day and the starch will not be active, it will be mostly fibrous and actually very healthy...
