Hi Bill; Well your VIX is calling for a bounce. and I have other things also that say it should bounce. It's like on the boat when I have the current going one way, and the wind going just the opposite, which one will prevail the most is sometimes hard to call. Right now I think the South wind is going to have more effect than the North current. My new inside out look at the DOW is just that new, I know what I expect it to show me..but like with new rigging..it has to be watched for a while. I may post the expectations more as a matter of getting them on record, but won't suggest any one should even think about placing bets on them or using them to confirm what they already belive, it's a wait and see thingy, and at best it will only give an idea of general time a trend should reverse. It boils down to keeping a better eye on the MEGA CAPS, and seeing about how much the tail wags the dog. Sort of which stocks inside the dow are moving the index the most, and should they be ? --------------- Sure is a lot of work, and right now it don't look like the tail wagging the dog, in fact the dog looks kinda mad.
