FYI, regarding "circuit breakers", found the modifications which were approved by the NYSE BOD early Dec. Link is below. Not much change. The 350 point breaker doesn't apply after 3:00 and the 550 point breaker only stops trading for 30 minutes if triggered after 2:00, but 550 points down still stops it for the day after 3:00. nyse.com Just thought ya'll might like to know (if you didn't already).
