Yousef, Make yourself sick, What makes you think Intel is immume to a slow down from the Asia crisis, Currency devlauations, Questionalble receviables backed by letters of credit written on shakey asian banks, the possibility of a parts shortage (interuption) from Asia, slowdown of highend Pentiums, Inventory buildup of unsold mobile CPU's, Order cancellations, order pushbacks, lack of suitable sixth generation product for the sub $1,000.00 which is now half of all PC's sold even Packard bell is now using cyrix/nsm, a colapsing pe, flat earnings outlook, and finally loss of pricing control to Oem's Yousef make yourself sick some more. The only way Intel can make it's number is to cook the books. AND even if they cook them the tail of the tape indicates a highly uncertain future and a lower stock price ahead. Remember: The last company to a $100.00 cpu price is the loser. right now that looks more like Intel than AMD.
