Obstruction of justice probably. Note that Watergate took a long time to unwind. I can think of four possible Deep Throats off the top of my head. Coming up.

There will be other charges: Money laundering. Lying to the FBI. Perjury. Accessory before or after the fact (or both) to computer theft.
